Kalle Smith is a licensed social worker, one of the founders, and lead owner.  When she isn't dealing with the finances of the business she does Case Management and Family Support.

Kalle is a mother, a daughter, and a wife. She has ample experience on the roller coaster of life.

Nycole Crow, is one of the founders, co-owner, and executive director. She is a certified family support partners, but is best known for her knowledge of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)  and 504s. 

Nycole is a wife and a mother who has first hand experience with family members who have behavioral and mental disabilities.

**Dan McIssac is LCPC and our lead clinical supervisor. As the supervisor he oversees all clinicians in our office.  He specialises in family centered and family driven therapy.  

**He currently is not accepting clients.

Eric Romrell is a Licensed Master of Social Work. 

He's an experience counselor who specializes in trauma therapy. He's a father, a foster parent, and husband. He's one heck of a good guy and a great counselor.

Paul Wurtsmith is Licensed Master of Social Work in Idaho. He obtained his degree from California State University, Fresno. He uses CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), humanistic, and choice therapy perspectives. 

He is a husband, a father, and grandfather.  His life experience helps him to be patient, compassionate, and caring.

Angela Winchester is a LPC. She is a counselor at a local school during the day and one of our counselors after school.
